Our Black Shirts will work closely with less experienced or new dispatchers to teach them the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage and coordinate the movement of trucking equipment. This could include training on dispatching software, communication techniques, load planning, and problem-solving skills. The goal of the mentorship would be to help the mentee become an effective and efficient dispatcher capable of handling the demands of the job.
